Balanced, fresh and aromatic, fresh, bright lime juice and green melon characters
dominate the nose and palate of this thirst-quenching, fruit forward yet dry wine.
White flower and fruit salad characters are balanced by clean, crisp acidity. Ideal for
long lunches, warm days and just one more glass.
Crisp, bright & green, this wine shows classic regional Semillon characters.
Herbaceous leaf and cut grass dominate the nose and are bolstered by a palate rich with citrus, lime zest, preserved lemon and tropical touches leading to a long persistent finish, all complemented by a smidgeon of quality French oak.
Pale straw in colour with a classic Margaret River Chardonnay nose, the wine shows white flesh nectarine, peach and fresh, bright acidity. Wild, barrel-ferment characters and gentle lees work build complexity, while fine French oak adds texture and structure to a wine that is long, generous and can be enjoyed now, but will reward time in the cellar.
This wine is made from estate grown Grenache in the style of the great Rose’s of Provence.
Vibrant pale pink in colour this Rose displays ripe cherry aromas with strawberries and cream
and a hint of grapefruit. The palate is crisp and dry with fresh berries, tropical fruit and
confectionery flavours with a note of mandarin on the finish.
Cabernet Merlot 2011
A soft medium bodied wine with pretty aromatics and sweet berry fruit flavours. This is a
balanced wine with classic Margaret River fruit intensity and silky soft tannin.
Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre 2011
Intense, lifted, bright raspberry and red currant aromas. Confected, jubey notes meet cinnamon, clove and anise, all held in place with firm, savoury tannins in a highly aromatic, medium-bodied, food friendly wine that will reward medium term cellaring.
Shiraz Viognier 2010
The colour is vibrant purple with ruby highlights and a nose of mixed berries, violets and toasty oak. The palate is full bodied with summer berries, plums, and a hint of white pepper, five spice and tapenade. This wine can be enjoyed now but will repay short term cellaring.
Ripe black fruits, raisin, ripe tannin and classic Shiraz spice combine in a rich fortified that also shows a lick of liquorice and a dash of sweetness.
Made from Pinot and Chardonnay, this methode traditionelle sparkling wine takes its inspiration from the great NV sparkling styles of Champagne. 18 months maturation on yeast lees adds biscuity, bready complexity and texture to lifted citrus and apple fruit and makes for a pleasingly dry, fresh aperitif.
Petit Verdot 2012
This wine is deep red with purple hues and displays lifted aromas of red fruit, violet, jasmine, cassis and a hint of mocha. On the palate attractive sweet raspberry and blackberry dominate, are complemented by notes of green plum and spice and underpinned by good acid structure and
firm ripe tannins.
Ruby red almost crimson Mourvedre (aka Mataro) shows firm, dark fruits with a distinct spicy, savoury character that makes it one of the most food-friendly of varieties. Briary, laden with rhubarb and red fruits, full of mid-palate drive, the wine finishes with fine, sandy tannins and terrific length. Cellar for 5 to 8 years.
Primitivo to the Italians, Zinfandel is hardly the most shy of wines. Punchy, choc-full of cocoa, black cherry and stewed plums, the wine is a spiced, nutmeg and cinnamon scented full-bodied mouthful. Bright red fruits and firm, persistent acid and tannin finish the deal. Cellar for 5 to 10 years.
