Our Rose is made from estate grown Grenache, in the dry, savoury style of Provence. Pale salmon in colour, this rose has notes of crushed summer berries and fresh herbs. A palate of red berries, quince and fresh straw combine with fine tannin to create a complex, textural rose that is perfect with food and even better with company.
Cabernet Merlot Petit Verdot 2013
Classic Margaret River, this wine shows blackcurrant fruit with savoury notes of beef stock and dried herbs. An elegant, medium bodied palate combines perfumed plum fruits with silky fine tannin, and will develop beautifully over the next 3 - 5 years.

An elegant, perfumed wine with red berry fruits, notes of clove spice and fresh bay leaf. A beautifully fresh palate shows raspberry pip, cocoa powder and damp earth with fine, ripe tannins.

This wine is deep red with purple hues and displays lifted aromas of red fruit, violet, jasmine, cassis and a hint of mocha. On the palate attractive sweet raspberry and blackberry dominate, are complemented by notes of green plum and spice and underpinned by good acid structure and
firm ripe tannins.

Each year we hand-pick and cold press a very limited supply of high quality olive oil from olives grown organically on the Arimia Estate. It is a fresh, zesty oil displaying intense pepper characters, ideal for enhancing the flavours of a wide range of classical dishes.
