Sauvignon Blanc 2010
2011 Pale straw colour with green tinges. The nose is intense passionfruit and gooseberry with hints of lychee. The palate offers sweet, rich tropical characters with passionfruit and pineapple predominant.
2010 displays characteristics different to its younger sibling. While both have the same colouring, the 2010 aromatics include the "green" end of the spectrum with tropical fruit characters underpinned by gooseberry and asparagus. The palate reflects the nose displaying a complex blend of cut grass and other vegetal characters layered within its tropical fruit base.

Grenache shiraz Mouvedre 2008 & 2009
2009 Intensely aromatic displaying floral, raspberry, sour cherry and redskin aromas. The palate is medium bodied with a hint of spice and an abundance of sweet fruit dominated by cherry, raspberry and confectionary flavours. The wine has great length of flavour, fine soft tannin and a red berry aftertaste.
2009 GSM has been awarded two Gold Medals - 2011 Margaret River Wine Show and 2011 Mount Barker Wine Show
2008 Ruby with purple highlights, this classic Southern Rhone style emphasises the fruit from which it was made. The nose is intensely aromatic, displaying strawberries, cherries, black plums, herbs, spices and vanilla. The palate is medium bodied, combining sweet raspberries, cherries and blackcurrant, wedded to some attractive oak which adds soft tannins. A fruit driven wine with a soft lingering finish.

Shiraz Viognier
Shiraz Viognier 2008 & 2009
2009 The colour is vibrant purple with ruby highlights and a nose of mixed berries, violets and charred oak. The palate is full bodied with summer berries, plums and a hint of white pepper, five spice and nutmeg. Vanilla is apparent on a lingering finish. This wine can be enjoyed now but will repay short term cellaring.
2008 Deep magenta with brick red and purple hues, this wine is developing complexity in the bottle. The 2008 has lifted aromas of blackberry and stewed rhubarb with earthy undertones. On the palate it has a lingering finish in which the earthy tones are heightened and complimented by rich blackberries and red currant mixed with whole pepper and five spice.

Chardonnay
Chardonnay 2009 & 2010
2010 is pale gold with green tinges, this wine is intensely peaches and cream. The palate is medium to full bodied with the rich peach flavours carrying through, supported with fig and melon characters and complimented by light toasty oak.
2010 awarded a Silver Medal at the 2011 Margaret River Wine Show
2009 displays the ageing characters typical of this variety. The original pale gold colour has deepened and the aromas intensified by the additionof rich caramel and stewed apricots.
