Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Pale gold with green flecks, beautifully perfumed, this wine exhibits lifted gooseberry grass and subtle mandarin notes.  The palate is tight and refreshing with intense tropical, citrus and herbaceous flavours with a long zesty finish.

Verdello 2010 & 2011

2011 Fragrant fruit salad aromatics with concentrated nectarine, stonefruit and tropical flavours.  A dry wine with crisp acidity and an appealing texture typical of this variety.

2010 Attractive pale gold colour, the nose is rich with apricots, nectarines and floral aromas.  The palate is long underpinned by white stone fruits and hints of honey and has a clean soft acid finish.

Cab Merlot 2009

A soft medium bodied wine with pretty aromatics and sweet berry fruit flavours. This is an easy drinking wine with good fruit intensity and silky soft tannin.

Rosé 2010 & 2011

2011 This wine is made from estate grown Grenache in the style of the great Rose's of Provence.  Vibrant pale pink in colour this Rose displays ripe cherry aromas with strawberries and cream and a hint of grapefruit.  The palate is crisp and dry with fresh berries, tropical fruit and confectionery flavours with a note of mandarin on the finish.

2010 This Rose is made from Zinfandel and as such displays different characteristics to its younger sibling.  A bottle age has changed the colour from its original pale pink to pale orange with pink and gold highlights and intensified the strawberry nose with the addition of typically Zinfandel Christmas spices.  The palate is a mix of sour and ripe cherries and gooseberry and finish has a clean acid finish.
